1.Avoid putting a television in the bedroom
2.Make room becomes darker
3.Keep all noise that can disrupt your sleep like a squeaking door tap water is contastly dripping
First of all, i think it's better to keep our room clean, change the bedcover continously, swipe your bedroom's floor everyday, and of course, every morning when you wake up you must make your bed. that's the way to keep your room comfortable.
