Penguins (order Sphenisciformes, family Spheniscidae), are a group of aquatic, flightless birds living almost exclusively in the Southern Hemisphere, especially in Antartica. They have adapted to live on water, and their wings have evolved to flippers. They feed on fish, squid, or other forms of sealife caught while swimming underwater.
