Porcupines are rodents (Rodentia) that has thick hair and spiky sharp. These animals are found in Asia, Africa, and America, and tends to spread in the tropics. Porcupines are the third largest rodent in terms of body size, after the capybara and the beaver. These animals are somewhat "rounded" and not very agile when compared to mice. Because of prickly hair, other animals are similar but not rodents, such as hedgehog and porcupine ant (Echidna), also known as "hedgehog".
